William has been a consultant for civic, business and artistic organizations as well as labor unions. William has consulted on numerous political campaigns as a campaign manager, field and visibility director/community organizer/public Relation liaison and a fundraiser.
He has assisted numerous public servants in raising millions of dollars to operate their campaigns. During a political race, William created a mobile public service announcement which assisted one candidate in obtaining over 500 votes in an area where he did not have enough manpower.
William has been a project director for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT); Driver Safety Initiative for the Chicago NAACP. He managed the budget of 1 million dollars.
Briefly teaching literature and science in the Chicago Public Schools and co-created numerous educational community events such as Arts Against Violence for Violence Prevention Month and The Austin Community Juneteenth Parade.
William is a recipient of the 2013 Congressional Black Caucus Scholarship and a CAN-TV 21 on-call host for the Chicago NAACP Thursday evening program discussing civic engagement. He has also been a guest speaker for the PBS Series "RoadTrip Nation" in which he lectured college students on pursuing their dreams. WIlliam is a proud graduate of DePaul University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in public relations. He also has a Masters of Business Administration from Concordia University.
